Custom Events for Multidimensional Data

For the New Relic to Instana Migration we need the New Relic Feature "Custom Events", which is used by the our Teams via the NR SDK to store custom multidimensional metrics.

These multidimensional Metrics are used for:

- adding technical Metrics, which are not provided by Instana Sensors

- Business Metrics for Alerting, which can only be gathered within the application logic.



Requested Solution:

1. Add support for multidimensional metrics to Instana and the ability to query, graph, and alert on them.

2. Add integration to NR SDK to get the data directly from the SDK, without the need for code change by the developers. (Later the teams should switch to standards, like prometheus)
