What’s needed: Root Cause Analysis is provided at the same time some delay is detected (applicable for Aurora MySQL & RDS).

[Ideal Analysis Function]

What we’d like to request you is to add a function of analysis which is able to show the detection of some delay and its root cause at the same time (I.e. : root cause clarification at the same time of the delay detection). For example, some failure of delayed responses has occurred on the web app. In such a case, we’d like Instana to notify us saying “A failure of delayed responses has occurred. The root cause is the radical increase of Aurora’s CPU usage rate.”

Another example of our idea is as follows: Instana detects the deterioration of the web app server performance, and it finds out the root cause is the spike of CPU usage rate for RDS’s writer, and it detects sluggish DB and SQLs.

[Scope of Root Cause Analysis]

Will it be possible to put RDS and Aurora MySQL into the scope of Root Cause Analysis? Many of our customers use RDS and Aurora MySQL as their DB resources. Currently, however, such DB resources are out of the scope of Root Cause Analysis by Instana as of now, in my understanding.

I've realized some misunderstanding on the idea above. I'll edit it and let you know after I complete it later. Thanks.
