Having looked into this idea, we believe MFA/2FA config belongs to the user personally and should not be changed by others. Having the ability to self-service recovery of access incase of a lost device or similar should be implemented, however this is not something that fits with our focus topics in the next 6-9 months.
On the longer term we will have improvements around Authentication and will revisit a solution for this at the time.
