Add Repository Parameter for Proxy Artefact Servers

Problem:
----------

The current Instana Synthetics Helm chart is using static URLs and paths to the container images.

In an Enterprise Context, it is not always possible to access external Docker repos directly. Therefore teams has to use an internal docker repos, which acts as a proxy for the remote repository.

This requires changes in the docker image path in the helm chart values.
Those changes on the other hand, can make maintenance difficult, when the helm chart is changes. 
Example: Images are changed or new components are added.

Requested Solution:

Add a Helm value for the  docker repo Host and one optional for the repo path, to make the Docker image path configurable in case a proxy has to be used for remote docker artifacts, which will need a different URL.

 

Implementation:

in the helm deployment files: use as image path instead of:

something like:

dockerRepo: "containers.instana.io"

    name: "${dockerRepo}/instana/release/synthetic/redis" (bearbeitet)

this way, we could set the repo once and have it for all images set. 

Also future changes, when new images are added or changed will be more easy to handle for us.

    We will extract an imagePath parameter for you to easily handle or change in the values.yaml

    like

    Since it is a small change, it will be delivered in next release R245
