Smart Alert should not be closed after 03 hours if still true.

We are monitoring an endpont that should raise an alert if no calls received during 10 minutes.
The problem is that the Smart Alert is being closed after 3 hours as we learned from Instana support as hard coded "give up" time even though the issue is still true.

1) Alert should be opened while the smart alert exists, is enabled and the condition is true.
If we disable, should clear all open ones.
If we delete, should clear all open ones.
If we re-enable should start all over again.

2) Maybe an option to close an event interacting directly in the event panel.
That would re-evaluate and, if existing events/alerts/Smart Alerts are still enabled should fire a new event/alert if condition is true.

    Could you help us understand situations you've encountered in the recent past where the issue or incident triggered by your "endpoint has not received any calls for 10 minutes" Smart Alert needs to be open beyond a couple of hours?
