When SSO is enabled, feature to send invite email to add users should be disabled

Once SSO is enabled, in order to get access to application users need to be part of AD security group. But if any user (even outside the organization) is sent invite to join Instana, he/she can create his/her own password and can login to the application, even if they are not part of security group. It is a security issue and hence, this feature to send invite email should be disabled when SSO is enabled.
