Need way to specify resource filtering for Built-In events

Dear colleagues,

In Instana can monitor events using built-in capability for example "IBM MQ event - Channel SSL Error" or "IBM MQ Channel status". Our customer monitors it with Tivoli Monitoring. They seek for transition to Instana, so they're interested in implementation of analogs of what they use in ITM. Below there are examples of such ITM situations, that they can't implement in Instana:
