Using "self time" in Smart Alerts

Is it possible to use the metric "Self Time" in a Smart Alert ? Specifically, it is about the monitoring of an API gateway. Since the response time depends on the caller and the called system, but it would be important to know if the self time of the actual gateway behaves abnormally, e.g. due to resource bottlenecks.

    Currently we were thinking about using this metric with the Kong Gateway. The FR was created before the release of the Kong Sensor. But I think in the end it is irrelevant as this can be useful for any service.

    We have AWS API Gateway and Kong API Gateway. For which API gateway is this metric requested?
