Config option to change the frequency of db requests

We are using the Instana Agent with the PostgreSQL sensor.
With the log analyzer pgBadger and pg_stat_statements we noticed that the Instana sensor queries the database every other second which puts them on top of the most time consuming queries in our statistics. This is also well documented in your docs which we then found out.

Now for some databases especially ones that are not used that much we would like to reduce the frequency of queries because the amount of queries is not really necessary in those cases. We also believe that this not only applies to database sensors but to any other sensor as well.

So we would find it very useful to have an option to configure the frequency which sensors are operating at.
