AIX - Allow ability to override 'top processes' that appear on prebuilt OS views

Today, if we look at an AIX host within Instana, it doesn't show any 'top processes' based on CPU or memory consumed perspective.  Per Ben Stern of IBM, that is due to the current default which will only show 'top processes' that meet this criteria:

- It will monitor any process that is consuming more than 512 Meg of memory
- It will monitor any process that is consuming for than 10% CPU utilization over a 10 second period.

He also relayed that currently we can't override this default.  So, this is for allowing us the ability to override this default to lower numbers so we can see the 'top processes' on these hosts.

Having this insight is key to us migrating to IBM Instana from IBM APM, which does show the top processes today in that tool.
