Instana - Adjust Prebuilt time series graphs for optional way to view the trends.

On many time series graphs, it is hard to see if there are any adjustments in the trends with big numbers probably because the y axis starts at a 0 value.  We should allow customers to choose within settings if they want to override this default behavior with the option to start the Y Axis with the minimal # value given during the period and end with the maximum # value given during the period instead.

Showing an example graph where it looks like it is a straight line.  However, if one hovers their mouse throughout the timeframe, the numbers are actually changing over time.

Without this, we can't easily tell at what specific time there was a change in trends.
