Better UI for Smart Alerts and Alert channels

We have discovered that without a rigid and detailed naming convention for smart alerts (including global smart alerts), we are encountering many issues as administrators to figure out which alerts are being fired, and which ones belong to which Alert Channel.
The main reasons for this are:
- Default naming - Naming for Smart Alerts allows the same name (which is pre-populated). We have several Smart alerts called "Calls are slower than usual" or "Erroneous call rate is higher than normal".
- Alert channels can be set when creating a smart Alert, as well as assigning Smart Alerts to Alerts in the Settings.
- No overview / single pane of glass to filter when working with Smart Alerts and Alerts.

We would be grateful for ideas to improve this part of the product.
