We are using a Mongo enterprise 4.2.24 cluster and configured the mongo driver in our java applications.
With a very old driver version like 2.4.0, we can see mongodb traces in our API calls. But with the latest 4.x driver version (we have 4.7.0 and 4.8.2 deployed), it doesn't work anymore. We can see LDAP, DB2, etc. traces in API calls but no mongodb.
According to your documentation page, the maximum supported version is 4.4.0: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=machine-instrumented-frameworks-libraries#databases
