Provide more configurable items for Kafka topic settings in Instana self-hosted operator

During we deploy self-hosted Instana backend in kubenertes via Instana operator, the kafka topics will be created and configured with a couple of specific settings which are likely hardcoded, eg. retention.ms, segment.ms.
When customers need to make some optimization adjustments, or when enterprise/security policies have clear requirements on the parameters of certain technology stacks, they will have to adjust these parameters, eg. the kafka topic retention policies may different in many enterprises. And we can not expect that one set of configuration can satisfy all the situations. There are so many aspects that may affect the system performance & stability like VM spec(cpu, mem), replicas, storage type, network quality...etc.
Definitely we can provide the default settings which come from our best practice and suggest customer be careful to modify them unless they know what they're doing. But it's worth to provide customer the ability to adjust them in case it's really needed.
So would suggest to expose more configurable settings about kafka topics in our Instana operator.

Or we can provide the ability(maybe instruction document, scripts etc.) for customer to initial those topics themselves and configure them properly based on their system resources status.
