Require Alert Time Window Condition for more than 120 min

We have a custom MQ alert to create an alarm, if messages are not received for more than 12 hours in IBM APM.   We have created similar alert in Instana, however alert time window condition is not allowing to add condition of more than 120 mins.  We need the time window to be added with last 24 hours. Events are designed in it's core for 1sec granularity metrics and for much more rapid changes. An order of magnitude larger timeframe would cause both reliability and usability issues, like a significant ramp-up time (time until faulty conditions are correctly recognized) so Events & Alerts will likely not be made to fit this.
However, we do see the need from customers to monitor more than just application performance, since the Agent already has access to multitudes of data. This is also something we want to address to enable customers to consolidate different monitoring needs into Instana.

As we're extending Smart Alert capabilities, we will consider long duration conditions.
