Enable INSTANA auto-tracing for Amazon DynamoDB Accelerator (DAX)

Hi Team,

I am creating this ticket as a follow-up of https://support.instana.com/hc/en-us/requests/23465. We at Arlo are using Amazon DynamoDB Accelerator (DAX), a fully managed, highly available caching service built for Amazon DynamoDB. With current Instana tracing capabilities, we are able to auto-detect DDB calls, as mentioned in https://www.ibm.com/products/instana/supported-technologies/dynamodb-monitoring#:~:text=When%20deployed%20into%20an%20infrastructure,no%20human%20setup%20or%20configuration.

Due to this piece of information is missing we are missing some critical information when an issue is occuring and currenly we are falling back in AWS CW metrics to give some kind of golden signals for pro-active monitoring. However we want this instrumentation like how many calls is made from a particular service to the DAX which is very critical when we are switching services from monolith to new micro-service.
