Acknowledging alert

Currently, when an alert is triggered in Instana, our operations team receives a notification. While this is a crucial step in our monitoring workflow, we find that the process of acknowledging these alerts is not as streamlined as we would like it to be. Acknowledging alerts currently requires our team to log into the IBM Cloud console separately, which adds unnecessary complexity and time to our incident response.

We kindly request that IBM consider implementing a feature within Instana that allows users to acknowledge alerts directly from the Instana interface. This would significantly improve our incident management efficiency and ensure that our team can respond to critical alerts promptly.
