Reduce granularity of adaptive threshold to 2-3 mins for smart alerts

We need granularity up to 2 or 3 mins. Our MTTD (Mean Time To Detect) goal is less than 10 minutes. For us to achieve this, alert should be triggered to us within 2 mins. Reason is to check for minimum 2 consecutive violations before alert is triggered. This will also reduce false positives.

Static threshold will not take into account daily and seasonality trends and hence it doesn't fulfil our requirements.

Adaptive Thresholds is currently being further developed to meet performance and scalability needs. Reducing the granularity will be made gradually as the feature is scaled and stability assured.
