Instana Mule ESB V4.x Support

It is critical for the Mule ESB sensor to support more current versions of the product. Specifically v 4.3.0, 4.4.0 and 4.5.0. The only current support for the sensor is version 3.X, Mule 3 is in "extended support" and Mule 4.1.x and 4.2.x are end of life so this provides little to no value to customers using Mule ESB in their estates. Specifically for a more current sensor it is crucial for it to have the same level of granularity as with v 3.x - for the the application it would track the processed events and the number of said events for each app and processing time for said events, the execution and fatal errors logged against the application events all at a 1 second granularity - and then for the flows the same

    Trying to trace calls from web to Anypoint Runtime Fabric running on Openshift (in IBM Cloud) and from it to target endpoints FAIL because mule v4 is not supported, leaving Instana quite useless.

    Supporting only mule v3.x is like saying we are no longer supporting mulesoft, which makes this site ridiculous:
