support requests routed by the Apache Sling

Requests routed by the Apache Sling is not properly handled by the Java Trace plugin. We have noticed that Instana is capturing Apache Sling calls as erroneous calls. We have raised a support ticket with Instana support and the suggestion was to raise a feature request for this issue and included the support case id in this feature request for your reference.

    Good news on this Idea - the deliery target has been updated to end of 2Q 2024.

    Appreciate that this requirement has an ETA. This still doesn't meet our requirements as this affecting monitoring for our critical applications. Expect to see this brought in to early Q2 2024.

    Hello,

    Thank you for suggesting an improvement to Instana, we highly value your input. Unfortunately this requirement is not currently in our roadmap and will not be for the next 12 months.

    If this feature is still a priority for your Instana implementation, please reopen it to bring up to our attention and we will reevaluate for its inclusion. We also have the Product Scout team, which has been established to prioritize key ideas against the demands for the largest opportunities across all geographies. They then ensure that product management and development are held accountable for responding to these top ideas in a timely manner. Hollis Chui hollisc@ca.ibm.com is the Product Scout contact for Instana.

    Can you please provide us ETA on the request as we still see 200 calls are showing as erroneous
