MFT file transfers should report successful or failed
When a MFT file transfer has completed, the Instana dashboards does not report whether it was successful or failed; it is only reported 'Completed' by the coordination queue manager and the file transfer dashboards. However, when an event fires for a failed file transfer the correct status is reported (successful or failed) and also the reason for failure is given.
If there are multiple file transfer completed in one time frame, some successful and some failed, it is difficult to identify the failed file transfers.
