Improving Event Mechanism

1) When an event occurs, customer wants to see the detailed information about how the event occurred among the details. For example, an event related to disk capacity occurs above 50%, but they don't know if it occurred at 70% or 80%.

2) Customer wants to see the information such as listener, queue, channel, status as custom payload in IBM MQ events.

3) Customer wants to add more than one condition for a metric. For example, they want an event to occur when the status of the IBM MQ Channel is "NOT RUNNING AND NOT INACTIVE". Or, for example, we want an event to occur when a Linux server's "/ directory is past 80% OR has less than 200 GB of space left".

Smart Alerts for Infrastructure will already show value of metric at time of trigger, as well as a graph of the metric in the last 12 hours and threshold violations.

Further improvements to custom events are not currently considered.
