Support most recent Postgres JDBC Drivers (42.6+)

Following on from this case: https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/case/5003p00002obXXWAA2/instana-trace-missing-expected-sql-execution?language=en_US

It seems Instana supports JDBC (PostgreSQL) [7.4, 7.4], [8.4, 8.4], [9.0, 9.1], however the latest version of 9.1 (9.1-901-1.jdbc4) was released on December 18th 2011. Please can support be added for the newest drivers? We believe this lack of support may be a contributing factor to Instana 'losing' SQL calls from traces in scenarios where multipe SQL calls are expected to be made within the same transaction.
