Platforum pHMC needs to collect vNIC information from HMC for each Host

When connecting a Power HMC to Instana it is currently gathering information about "Virtual Ehternet Adapters (SEA)" and "SR-IOV Local Ports". A lot of customer are using the vNIC functionality with is another type of network adapter. This needs to be gathered also, due to this is the "new" standart which will be used a lot.

When gathering this information, it would be also nessesary to get the Backing Interface information also if configured.  For some usecases it would be also interesting to not just the the "Backing Device Location Code" looking like this *****.FGD00MY-P0-C2-C0-T0-S11 (ent43) but also the information without the last "-S##" which is the physical port in the Machine. This will give the possibility to check for multiple LPARs which are using the same phyiscal port of a machine.
