Custom polling rate for MSSQL sensor

Our MSSQL experts noticed that on MSSQL servers, some requests are executed by the agent every second. This is currently expected, as per https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=technologies-monitoring-microsoft-sql-server. However, these requests take 500ms to 800ms to run, which add a non-neglectible load on otherwise loaded servers. We would like to reduce this load by configuring a custom polling rate in the agent configuration. For instance, such a request could be executed only once every 10 seconds, reducing the agent load.
