Set up monitoring for DB2 threads for Guardian Prod servers in Instana

It is useful for customer to access the real time active DB2 thread counts. It is beneficial for Guardian customer to monitor the ongoing situation of DB2 thread count of cloud activities whether they are heavily consumed or moderate, which helps them to analyze their onprem applications, input loads and retreivals.

As of today, this request is set up in Nagios monitoring in cloud where we cloud support team have only access to it , and currently we IBM are sharing this status weekly for customer. Customer ask is whatever set up in Nagios , same thing needs to be monitored and replicated in Instana such that they can access and get the visibility of ongoing things of it.

Earlier monitoring requested was  -  https://github.ibm.com/Digital-Business-Automation/Monitoring-Alerting/issues/278, this has been already completed in Nagios via plugin, but customer needs this to be replicated to Instana.

So request you to include this nagios alert set up in Instana for customer access,
