Instana fix pack upgrade directly from one version to any version should be possible

Currently we are using 1.239 version which is 6 months old than the latest version 1.263. Currently Instana doesn't support direct upgrade from one version to any version.  We have to upgrade atleast 6 times to reach to the latest version  1.263.   Instana fix packs are released very frequent.   It takes time to apply a fix pack, execute test cases and finally move it to production. By the time we are ready one fix pack in production, instana releases couple of more fix packs.  So fix pack upgrade directly from one version to any version should be made possible.
