Oracle Tuxedo Domain Dashboard - Update what the 'Messages' Reflects

Under the prebuilt Oracle Tuxedo Domain dashboard that shows Machines, click the link to get to a dashboard view of that machine. On this dashboard page, there is a Queues section.

Today, there is a column that shows 'Messages' in the table that reflect the average as to what value is shown there. Example screenshot attached.

#1) Change the title of this column to say 'Max Messages" instead.

#2) Change the underlying data that gets reported under this column so that it reflects max values instead of average values.

This is needed as can be difficult currently to determine which sender/receiver process had a message spike issue when we see a spike in the IPC messages at the top of this page. If we need to see the average # of messages, one can still drill into a specific sender/receiver row and see that average value on the top left.
