Be able to set priority in the Service Now integration (alert channel)

We currently set priority, it seems, in an arbitrary manner. However, its seems that the priority in SNOW is actually based on two other fields: business impact and urgency. This request is to be able to set an impact and urgency field on SNOW alert channels.

    This is under future consideration and looks like something we should pursue. We do need to chat with other customers who are interested in using Instana with ServiceNow to understand the best potential solution.
