Instana in Jazz for SM

There is a need to integrate Instana portal in same DASH portal as Netcool Omnibus and ITNM. This way administrators would access Instana pages from same portal that contained notification in alarm form that there is an issue with application. This functionality was previously present for both ITM and APM and operators have used to this ease of access instead of changing portal and another logging for Instana.
