Support sensor for enterprisedb (EDB)

EnterpriseDB (EDB) is IBM's strategic direction for Postgresql databases. Many IBM solutions including watsonx, IBM Cloud Paks/Foundational Services, and more will be using EDB going forward.

EDB is also a strategic direction for IBM as we are an OEM partner. Many large IBM customers are considering the adoption of EDB, and support to monitor it with Instana may be a factor in the decision to move forward with both the EDB and Instana platforms.

It is possible to monitor EDB databases by following the Instana documentation for monitoring Postgresql. However, this setup might be considered unsupported, as EDB could potentially alter their Postgresql configuration in a manner that renders the Instana sensor incompatible in the future.

Since this is the only request for EDB monitoring this means we don't have a high demand for it, we don't have the plan to support it in the foreseeable future.
