Instana tracing support for monitoring Dynamics AX 2012 ERP

Performance monitor our Dynamics AX 2012 R3 solution, which are our ERP system, and primary data accumulator. We want a special focus on SQL performance. The software running our Dynamics AX solutions is: Dynamics AX AOS server (.net application), Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019 and Hyper-V (win server 2019 core).

View the data metrics for each of the Dynamics AX solution with views of Tables and dynamic graphs as desired. Provide out of the box thresholds to detect abnormal behavior. Views that correlates events when incidents happen.

    Dynamics AX 2012 ERP is no longer supported by Microsoft. It has asked the clients to move to Dynamics 365 Finance, a SaaS product. Hence, Instana cannot support an unsupported product and will not be considered.
