Host Agent sensor needs the ability to monitor files and directories

Host Agent sensor needs the ability to monitor files and directories.   Want capabilities that are similar to ITM v6.   Customers use this capability to indicate whether their applications are performing properly.   For example, if there are too many files in a directory, it indicates that the consuming portion of an application isn't working.  If a file grows to large, it can be an indication that there is a problem.   If a file size doesn't change, it can indicate that an application isn't working.  There are a number of scenarios that customers monitor.
