Enable support for STIBO metrics

Canadian Tire is currently using 8 technologies to support business critical application. Instana supports TibcoEMS, Oracle, AzureFunction and remaining listed above are not supported leaving client without the observability in this area of their application. They are using New Relic today, and it is supporting 5 out of 8 technologies except for AzureFunction & IBMCDC. In order to position Instana in Canadian Tire environment for production, we need to enable these technologies so that it can monitor their critical application and can position Instana over New Relic. 

We are currently doing MVP with same 8 technologies and trying to showcase value for Instana, WAIOps & Turbo.
