Alert setup for node not getting attached to kubernetes cluster

When a node is not able to attach itself to a Kubernetes cluster Instana should trigger alert.

Suppose ASG has spun up 5 nodes but only 2 nodes get attached to the cluster. In Instana we want to setup alert that can inform us that 3 nodes are not attached to the Kubernetes cluster.
