Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

From the “Instana trial” start mail, make access to “Instana dashboard” easy to understand.

The problem in this case is that when a customer applies to use “Instana trial” and actually tried to use it, they do not know where to access it.

The contents are as follows.

Follow the link below to apply for access to the 14-day Instana trial.

https://www.ibm.com/account/reg/jp-ja/signup?formid=urx-52345

When I apply, I receive a mail like the one attached.

When I click on “Access trial” in the image, it takes me to “My IBM”.

This means that a customer who wants to use “Instana trial” do not know the order in which to use it,

Customers would be confused as to where to access them.

In the past, we have received emails with the content “Welcome to your free Instana Trial”.

This email provided access to “Instana dashboard”, but it has not been received at this time.

We should either make the “Access trial“ button access page “Instana” or send another information mail.

From the customer perspective, we do not know what to do next.
