Instana Agents Installation on FIPS Enabled Hosts

Instana agent installation fails on hosts that have FiPS enabled. The only way that we found to install on these hosts is manually using the following command:

sudo rpm -ivh --nodigest --nofiledigest

Since this command is bypassing a security measure, we are having a hard time getting approval from our cyber-security team. Because of this, cyber-security is asking for a disclaimer from IBM stating that there will be no adverse effect to any system by bypassing FIPS on installation. Also, since we can't install/update agents using our existing automation methods, this is causing us to have to write more automated process to be able to install Instana at Scale.

Can you please configure the Instana Agent to install on Linux hosts with FiPS enabled using a simple "yum install" command with no additional flags?
