Enhancement in MQ Events

As part of testing MQ Events, we tried to create an event integrated with PagerDuty. Once the event is triggered below JSON data event gets published to Pager Duty as an event API.

PagerDuty is further integrated with SNOW to receive an P2 incident. Is there any way we can control the content of event data getting published to PagerDuty? We were looking for below content in the Event.

  1. Queue Manager Name
  2. Queue Manager Pod Name

This enhancement will help customers to further analyze the event with not only the Queue name but also with the related MQ details.

This can be done with Custom Payload. You can see the details in the attached screenshot.
