verify IIS credential on agent setup or show missing credential in agent log

When Installing and running agent on a Windows host hosting IIS, the agent seems read the content of the application pool and site with the local admin right.
if local admin rights is removed from the user that run the app pool Instana wont be able to read any content of that site.

Is it possible after agent install and iisreset to check if the AppPool user have the insufficient right for running  the appPool with Instana Agent?
if so, can that be visualized in the agent.log so it's easier to troubleshoot?

In our case, the IIS AppPool and site working just fine without Local Admin rights but Instana was not able to read the content even Instana saw the AppPool name.

we spent a week with support to find this needle , so if the customer decided to hardened an IIS config this issue can easily occur.
