IsBank wants Instana to support Oracle ODP (Oracle.DataAccess.Client) library version 4.122.x and above. Current support is 4.121.

We are experiencing some problems in monitoring the card system side, one of our most critical systems, on Instana. While the Oracle ODP (Oracle.DataAccess.Client) library version on the relevant servers is 4.122.1, Instana supports 4.121.2 and below. Therefore, we cannot see and analyze the queries that the servers send to the databases.

We had started case TS016453123 on the subject, but at this point, a feature request was needed. Can you support us on this issue?
