    Hi @Guest , currently, we're requesting customers to use Smart Alerts for all future alerting requirements.

    Customer want to set alerts and under built-in metric section but Kubernetes Nodes CPU and Memory Usage not available. Attached screenshot for reference.

    Hi @Guest , nice to e-meet you! I'm Jayanth, the PM for Kubernetes at Instana.

    While the method is not ideal, and we plan to improve this further, you should be able to set alerts on Node CPU and Memory usage. These are treated as Host metrics today.

    Let's say you want to alert on a specific node's CPU. You would identify the name of that node, and then create a Smart Alert. (Select Infrastructure & platforms, and find the specific node).


    You can also view this data in the Analyze Infrastructure page.
