This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Currently, tags can only be assigned to a Host or to some specific sensors such as MQ. Customers have a need to use tags for filtering, thresholding, etc. using tags for other sensors. Specifically, this customer needs to be able to use tags on an ACE integration Node as part of their Event definition.
Here is the use case. They have multiple Integration Nodes. Some are used for production and some for pre-prod. They want to Detect and Alert on prod and pre-prod differently. Specifically, they want to have an Offline Event trigger for an Integration Node, but ONLY for the production Integration Nodes. Today, they can't do that because the tags apply to the Host and not to the Integration Node. In addition, they might want different tags for each Integration Node, so they need more granularity than a Host tag.
Ideally, we would have a tagging mechanism for ALL sensors in the configuration.yaml file.
