Support monitoring "IBM Cloud Databases for MySQL"

[Background]
The customer is developing the system on IBM Cloud, and uses a lot of  "IBM Cloud Databases for MySQL" instances.
The customer wants to monitor all IBM Cloud services on Instana, but Instana doesn't support monitoring "IBM Cloud Database for MySQL" according to Instana Documents.
Because of this specification, the customer needs to use other tools to just monitor "IBM Cloud Databases for MySQL".

The customer requests to support monitoring "IBM Cloud Databases for MySQL" on Instana because this specification is inefficiency to operate the system on IBM Cloud.
