Smart alerts should have a severity placeholder

With build "1.282.1064" the smart alerts got a very useful ability to have warning and critical thresholds defined on a single smart alert. This was a welcomed change and reduce our planned alert set by half. However, we were also expecting to be able to add a place holder in the email subject line to add severity. Without being able to have a place holder for severity, we are almost back to where we started.

We find it very useful to be able to start the triage from the subject line and also provide our NOC a quick and easy way to sort alert storms from critical and warning notifications.

Second, with staff with company cell phones, we need to be able to provide a concise and to the point email subject.
