Need a way to disable GeoDB database for air-gapped environments

Dear colleagues,

Customer uses custom deployment of Instana in air-gapped environment, they see error tat GeoDB database can’t be loaded in eum-acceptor, self-monitoring agent reports it to dashboard and this way the event started to bother them. We have no “geoDbUrl:” in core manifest. eum-acceptor log has the following messages:

They do not need GeoIP database at all because they plan to use Instana internally to monitor only Intranet calls.

Please consider adding ability to disable those notifications in logs to avoid alert fatigue for engineers.
