Instana agent not to monitor openshift "system" namespaces

At this moment instana agent when deployed on OpenShift kubernetes cluster reports monitoring issues for some (not all) of the openshift system apps deployed in system napespaces (namespaces that begin with openshift-* or kube-*). We do not want to see any monitoring issues on any of the system apps deployed in these namespaces and we do not want to monitor these namespaces, moreover since we can not do anything or potentially we might break the functionality with that particular system component). There is an ongoing ticket for this issue - TS017228844 .
