Enhancement of Topology API to provide the "hostname" of the deleted/terminated resources.

NTT (Customer) is using our /events API to retrieve all events. The events API provides the snapshotId of the entity, such as a process. They want the host information for that process, and we suggested using the topology API (/api/infrastructure-monitoring/graph/related-hosts/{snapshotId}) to get the related host snapshotId. Then, they can use the snapshot API to get more host information.

This works for all active/live entities, but for entities that have already terminated (one of the possible active Event for a process in this scenario might be 'Abnormal termination'), the topology API does not provide any related host information.

When we checked with Infra team on the limitation, they confirmed the limitation. This Aha Request is raised to address developing this feature.
