Enable Redis monitoring with certificates for Instana

Instana's current monitoring config the Redis instance does not use credentials to ensure monitor & retrieve data security, which means it does not support certificates. The lack of certificates support may become a shortcoming in future security audits (To achieve the zero-trust security goal of corporate customer IT internal environments, all network services have been required to use the certificates).

For as Instanta agent Connect to Redis does not have the credential configuration

Therefore, no monitoring information on Redis can be collected.

Customer connect to redis command like as below(include redis.crt & redis.key)

/app/redis/bin/redis-cli --tls --cert /app/config/redis/redis.crt --key /app/config/redis/redis.key --cacaert /app/config/redis/ca.crt -user pmbuer --cluster call 127.0.0.1:6310 ACL LIST

But Instana Redis monitoring features no any credential configuration.

    Hi Instana PM team, 
    I am the Automation sales for this account who reqire this function. As for the business impact, I would like to elaborate more on the significance of the this project. Although the deal value is currently only $20K (#006Ka00000NVHhHIAX), this project is still highly important to us for several reasons:

    1. Reconnecting with Yuanta Bank: Yuanta Bank has not adopted IBM software for some time, so this project represents a crucial milestone for us in re-establishing Yuanta's interest and engagement with IBM solutions.

    2. Increasing Instana's market share in key accounts: Currently, no key accounts in Taiwan have officially deployed Instana. As Bright knows, our PoC with another key account—Taiwan Cooperative Bank—has not fully satisfied the customer after three months of testing Instana’s functionalities. Most of our other clients have already adopted Dynatrace. Yuanta Bank previously used Dynatrace to monitor their old online banking system but found the costs too high, which led them to explore other APM solutions for their new online banking system. This gave us the opportunity to conduct this PoC. If this deal closes, Yuanta Bank would become the first key account in Taiwan to officially deploy Instana. Moreover, we have an excellent business partner who will handle installation, training, and support. This will further demonstrate the strength of our business partner ecosystem.

    3. Future expansion potential: Beyond their online banking system, Yuanta Bank has not yet deployed an APM solution across its other systems. Yuanta Bank has approximately 10 systems, with around 40 VMs per system. This presents significant future expansion opportunities for Instana within their IT environment.
