Events - Event table should have the affected entity name

In the events-event table, with the title, on, started, end, timeline, state, the entity name is not present or sortable on the entity to determine if the events are focused on affected population.

The on column should include the entity name not just the name. Additionally drilling down through the event, there appears to be no mention of the affected entity, other than the Map cookie path, at the top of the page.
