instana enterprise operator

With the latest kubectl-intana Instana enterprise operator starting from version 1.0.0 onward, the tools with option 'version image-list' couldn't provide component info in an airgap environment or an environment without cluster connection.

1. The latest version options listing all instana component

e.g.
Usage:
kubectl-instana versions [command]

Available Commands:
identify Identify compatible Instana versions
list-images List images for an Instana version

Diese options are expected to be working in airgap as well. If it does, we need to explain what/how to work with those when not having online connectivity.

Reason:
It is also not possble to interact to internet to retrieve these infor. When the user have NO internet connection in Bastion & jumpt host, there are have no cluster connection.

We need to collect all working component version + all available component image to be pull in airgap. internal docker repo before an upgrade can be started.
